The ADI-2 DAC FS is a consumer oriented version of the very popular ADI-2 Pro audio interface. Featuring the standard set of inputs and outputs, plus balanced XLR outputs and both 1/4" TRS and 1/8" headphone outputs, the ADI-2 DAC supports a wide range of connectivity options. A powerful DSP provides advanced tone control, 5-band parameteric EQ, crossfeed features, and more.
This updated version utilizes the ES9028Q2M DAC chip integrated into a custom circuit for optimum performance. With +2.5dB of digital headroom, intersample peaks no longer produce any audible distortion and allows undistorted playback at +2.5dB.
Sample rates up to 768kHz and DSD and Direct DSD are supported. S/PDIF input signals can be recorded over USB. The new SteadyClock FS with an improved second analog PLL circuit rejects jitter, reducing it to levels below a picosecond.
